Thomie Venisee is a social visionary and change agent who currently supports ADP’s Multinational Division as Global Senior Director of Client Success. With nearly 20 years of consulting, client management and financial services experience, he leads a team with a global client base of $1.6B in assets.

Prior to joining ADP, he managed teams that serviced corporations, high net worth individuals, and C-suite executives’ portfolios at Wells Fargo, Morgan Stanley, and SunTrust Bank.

Thomie is the co-owner of TNT Consulting LLC which is devoted to growing small businesses by embracing innovation and developing strong partnerships. He is also President of The Victory Group LLC, a boutique Real Estate Investment Firm which focuses on real estate acquisitions, development, and consulting.

Thomie received his Executive Master of Business Administration from the Georgia Institute of Technology with a concentration in Global Business. He completed his graduated studies at Cornell University and Beijing University in Executive Leadership and Global Leadership respectively. He also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Risk Management and Insurance from Troy University.

Thomie lives in Johns Creek (Atlanta Metro) with his lovely wife and kids where he supports his local community serving on several boards and volunteering his free time. He is also a sports fanatic that also enjoys reading, listening to music, and traveling the world.
