Roderick Mills Jr. is a highly focused and resourceful Practitioner for the Dr. Baker & Associates family of companies. Roderick graduated from the Farmer School of Business at Miami University in 2018 with his degree in Finance. In addition to handling a rigorous course load and being a part of multiple student organizations, he was also a member of the Men's Basketball Team, where he was a 2x Captain. Upon graduation, Roderick became a professional basketball player and played overseas in the Republic of Georgia.

After a year of playing, he is now focusing on his business career as a Consulting Practitioner. Roderick specializes in financial analysis for our client companies, including capital structure assessment, price point optimization, and economic sustainability strategies. He is also a leader in the community and participates in several organizations serving others.

Roderick is responsible for project management, financial risk, and efficiency measures for the patients of the Business Doctor and the family of Dr. Baker and Associate companies.
