Taryn Neal is an intelligent and hard-working Practitioner for the Dr. Baker & Associates family of companies. She received her B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Louisville. Taryn specializes in business development for our small and micro boutique patients with a focus on women and minority owned businesses.

Taryn is a human resource professional having previously worked in the retail industry for Macy's Inc. and Kohl's Department Stores. She has a wealth of knowledge and experience within performance management, talent acquisition and development, change management, and leadership coaching.

Taryn is active within the community serving on the Human Resources Board of Women Helping Women and the Phi Psi Omega Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated.
